Inclement
Weather
Call our office at 1-866-223-6138 for information regarding classes
scheduled during inclement weather. We will attempt to offer
the class as the licensing of many participants hinges on the
completion of this program.
Payment
Policy
We accept various methods of payment to accommodate our clientele.
You can satisfy the registration fee on the day of the class with
cash or money order (exact change preferred). You can also pay
with a Mastercard or Visa. To pay with a credit card, you must
call our office prior to the class. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
Registration
Fee
To remain competitive, we occasionally have to change our
prices to continually offer the lowest cost for the class in each
area we service.
Issuance
of Certificates
When you pre-register with us by phone or website, you are automatically
registered for the class of your choice. Space is limited. Prior
to your departure and successful completion of the program, you
will receive your AAA Certificate of Completion.
Cancellation
Policy
If necessary, you must cancel your reservation within 24 hours
of the class you are registered for. Failure to notify this office
will result in you being charged the full registration fee. The
reason is due to the limited space in the class. If you cancel
in time, we can replace your seat with someone else who can attend.
Lunch
& Breaks
To keep things fresh, we offer three ten minute breaks, one in
the morning and two in the afternoon. That excludes a thirty-minute
lunch that is mandatory.
Late
Arrivals:
You should plan on arriving to class between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. You will not be allowed into the class
after 8 a.m.
Procrastinators
You should not wait to complete a Driver Improvement Class
if you have been directed by a Court or DMV to do so. Failure
to complete it on time may very well cost you your “License
to Drive.” Additionally, the availability of classes in
your area will vary.
Online
Driving Schools
We do NOT recommend taking online driver improvement classes.
The reasons are as follows: 1) Clients frequently report technical
difficulties, even half-way through the program; 2) You cannot
take the final exam online. You must travel to a location that
is approved and offers the testing. 3) You will not receive your
certificate upon completion. It is mailed to you.
